About Me

Patrick Quirk, PMP, CSM founded FOQUS Partners, LLC with a vision for helping organizations turn strategic vision into reality. Patrick believes that such strategic initiatives require not only significant focus from the organization, but a combination of program and project management expertise coupled with domain-specific subject matter expertise. Patrick sees the combination of such project management and subject matter expertise as the key to turning strategic vision into realistic, tactical projects, which can be managed to successful outcomes.

These skills have been demonstrated through proven experience overseeing the delivery of multi-million dollar projects with quality.

Patrick graduated from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics with a double major in Management and Marketing. A recognized leader in the local Project Management
community, Patrick has served on the Board of the PMI Bluegrass Chapter in multiple roles, currently serving as Immediate Past President. Patrick is also the founder of PMEvolution.com, an online community for discussing the evolving expectations for the discipline of project management.
