About Me

I was born and raised in Union, Kentucky before moving to Lexington to attend Transylvania University and graduating in 2008. I went on to the University of Kentucky School of Law and graduated in 2011.

After working in insurance defense from 2011 to 2013 at Fogle, Keller & Purdy, I joined McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland in February of 2013, where my practice area focuses on residential and commercial real estate. McBrayer has one of the largest real estate practice groups in Kentucky that consists of an experienced team of attorneys equipped to handle any real estate contract. Our firm has strong relationships with the various banks located throughout Kentucky, many that date back to when our firm opened its doors in 1963.

As a real estate attorney, I handle virtually every aspect of real estate law, including title examination, title insurance, clearing title issues, deeds, settlement statements, preparation of loan documentation, contract negotiation and preparation, lease negotiation and preparation, and any and all other needs related to residential and commercial real estate matters.

In my free time I am passionate about my work with Step by Step, a local non-profit working with young, single, moms; Friends of the Bluegrass Land Conservancy; and on the Transylvania University Young Alumni Council.
