Fausto Sarmiento is the Principle Consultant and Founder of Performance Driven, LLC. Having experienced success as a business consultant, a bank manager, a community leader, and as a performance car driver with multiple podium finishes, Fausto believes that to overcome risks you must be Performance Driven. Fausto’s approach to management consulting and business coaching enables him to quickly garner insights and make immediate, positive contributions to businesses where production, efficiency, innovation, and creativity are essential for growth.
