About Me

Noel Osborn is the Director of Development for CivicLex. Holding a degree in political science from the University of Kentucky, Noel’s background is in politics with experience in the Kentucky General Assembly and in lobbying on the Hill. Noel is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Lexington and a member of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Environmental Commission. She currently serves on the board of DiverCity Lexington, New Leaders Council Kentucky, and Keep Lexington Beautiful. In her spare time, Noel enjoys hunting for vintage vinyl, advocating for the Rebel Alliance, spending Delta SkyMiles, and making statements like “Stevie Nicks is a better songwriter than Bob Dylan.”
