About Me

I have 20 years of experience, including Special Education Teacher, Athletics and Success Coach, Mentor, and entrepreneur in industries including educational services, social services, and non-classifiable establishments. I currently lead Fayette County Public Schools district initiatives to remove barriers and create opportunities for success for boys of color. As a member of the Equity Office, I work directly with family and community engagement and culturally responsive teaching and learning coordinators. Also, I volunteer as the Director of Alpha League, a leadership and mentor group for underperforming males.

My skills and experiences include Differentiating instruction, mediation and conflict management, male engagement, marketing, policy analysis, and mentoring. I have a Masters of Education, a Bachelors of Arts, and an Associates of Business in Administration & Management.
