About Me

Cathy Taylor has been in the banking industry for 29 years. As the Market Senior Loan Officer, her responsibilities include overseeing Retail and Operational functions for the Lexington Market, as well as   Branch Security functions.  Cathy began her career with CTB in 1999, but her banking career began with First Security Bank in 1990 while attending LCC/UK.  Cathy is a graduate of the KBA’s Banking School (2012) and the American Institute of Banking (1998).

 Cathy currently serves on the board of Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.  Cathy is also a member Rotary of Lexington and serves on the PLD Band Parent Board.

Cathy is a native of Lexington, married to Gregg and has an “amazing” son, Mason, a Junior at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School.  Cathy is a member at Broadway Baptist Church and in her spare time, she enjoys golf, shopping, UK Basketball, family time and beachfront vacations.
